In today’s tech landscape, layoffs have evolved from rare occurrences to cyclical events, fundamentally changing how organizations and leaders approach workforce reductions. This talk examines the modern layoff process and provides practical strategies for leaders navigating these challenging transitions while rebuilding team cohesion and trust.

We’ll focus on the critical period following layoffs and address the essential challenges leaders face.
