If we call developers “resources”, they get to call managers (us!) “overhead”.
But managers are overhead, and bad process is a tax on efficiency (and effectiveness). When process is good, it is indistinguishable from culture.
Let’s talk about a different mindset to process – process as a tool for creating change.

- What is the desired culture?
- Where is the ambiguity?
- How do we want to work together?
