I would like to take everyone through a journey of moving a team, and then helping influence a company, to a more remote supportive culture. This includes successes, failures, learnings and areas that we will continue to grow. I’ll go through the tools we’ve used, and how those themselves have supported (and not) this way of working.

There will be examples of some of the meetings we have reduced, the fundamental ways the teams have changed how they work, and how they truly support each other. I’ll talk through the reasons why I feel asynchronous (and sometimes synchronous) working is so beneficial, and how the culture of the team helped inspire other teams, and how you might be able to use what we have learnt, and the values we are building on, to create a truly flexible, work from anywhere environment.
