Saba is an engineer who has wiggled her way through teams both big and small. She is fascinated by the hidden systems that either help teams work together smoothly, or cause them to fall apart. Through years in fast-paced environments and a non-linear journey into engineering, Saba has learned practical methods to spot early warning signs of stress and misalignment. By drawing exciting parallels from seemingly-unrelated domains, she applies a data & systems-based approach to fine-tune team dynamics, anticipate falling productivity, and maintain alignment. When she is not coding, you might find her chasing her dog to save her shoes or diving into watercolour “alchemy”.
