Robin Bonatesta

Robin Bonatesta is a Senior Engineering Manager at Rent the Runway, where she leads an engineering team across multiple countries and tech stacks. With degrees in both Computer Science and Fashion Merchandising, she strives to bring a people-first approach to leadership. A former Venture for America Fellow, she has built and scaled teams at companies of all sizes, including Bark, theSkimm, and Cladwell. When she’s not building high-performing teams, her happy place is curled up on the couch with a good book and her dachshund mix, Toblerone.
