She has a proven track record of successfully guiding next-generation medical device products, including leading engineering teams through the entire product lifecycle—from concept to FDA approval. With expertise in areas such as system architecture, full-stack development, and regulatory compliance, Anshu has consistently delivered innovative solutions in industries like medical devices, telecommunications, and network security.

Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager with the Chamberlain, Anshu is responsible for driving software development for MyQ’s commercial cloud application, to drive product innovation and team efficiency. She leads cross-functional teams, orchestrates microservices architectures, and delivers scalable solutions for perimeter access control, enhancing user experience and security for communities. Anshu was previously a Principal Engineer/Tech Lead at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics where she was responsible for driving software development for next-generation hematology analyzers and integrating an AI-based solutions to enhance product capabilities. Her experience also spans extensive work at Siemens Healthineers, where she led software architecture for a next-gen nuclear medicine scanner, successfully navigating complex system integrations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
