Karen is a Director of Engineering at Just Eat Takeaway.com, a leading global online food delivery marketplace, connecting consumers and partners to empower everyday convenience. Previously, Karen was a Director of Engineering at Permutive, a best in class audience platform for advertisers and publishers, and a Tech Lead at Thoughtworks, a leading global technology consultancy.

Outside of work, she can be found rock climbing in the Peak District, snowboarding in the Alps and occasionally sailing in the Caribbean.
