With more than 18 years of experience across software engineering, infrastructure, networking, distributed systems and voice technologies, he focuses on building strong engineering teams, scalable systems and sustainable ways of working.

As both a parent and an engineering leader, Dmitry is particularly interested in how people can grow in demanding careers while staying present in family life. Outside of work, he practices Taekwondo and spends plenty of time supporting his daughter in competitive ballroom dancing.
