Sebastian Gerhardt

Sebastian Gerhardt is the co-founder and CEO of Flea, a Berlin-based startup that helps engineering leaders surface hidden friction and improve developer experience in the AI era. He also founded the Dev Leaders Lunch Club, a peer community that hand-matches senior engineering leaders for monthly 1:1 lunch conversations. Coming from a business background, Sebastian had to immerse himself deeply in the engineering world to build Flea. That journey makes him one of many leaders who’ve taken a non-traditional path into tech leadership.
