Kimberly Schmitt, Engineering Manager has led the development of a data-driven platform to combat homelessness and the creation of innovative products at Babbel.

Kimberly’s drive to develop high performing and quality data platforms and related services began when she led efforts to use data to first understand and then address the challenge of homelessness. She led a team of data analysts and engineers to develop a centralized means of identifying those experiencing homelessness and in connecting them to the appropriate housing resource.

Kimberly has transformed experiences gained from developing strategies to work with diverse individuals and communities to building consensus to create change, improving teams and engineering practices.
