Ben Mmari

Ben Mmari is a Tanzanian engineering leader and entrepreneur based in London, with over a decade of experience building and scaling businesses, software, products, and teams. He currently works as a Product Engineer at Fin (formerly Intercom), the #1 AI agent for customer service.

He is also the technical co-founder of Tini Express, a cross-border delivery service operating in Southern Africa. Since launching in 2023, the company has grown into one of the region’s preferred last-mile delivery providers, enabling customers to shop from leading online retailers and receive deliveries within days. Ben leads all engineering at Tini Express.
