Bartosz Ocytko

Bartosz is an Executive Principal Engineer at Zalando’s eCommerce Platform, where he is responsible for group-wide B2C business and Developer Platforms that serve over 50m customers. Bartosz leads and contributes to strategic and group-wide engineering initiatives for platform capabilities, customer-facing products, and more recently focused on engineering productivity, GenAI, and Machine Learning. In the past 8+ years, he has role modeled the senior individual contributor track at Zalando, mentored engineers throughout their senior IC growth journeys, and helped set up Zalando’s Principal Engineering Community.
