Annjana Ramesh

Annjana Ramesh is an engineering leader at Monzo, building the bank’s mortgage brokerage experience. She previously led engineering teams responsible for launching Monzo’s expansion into Europe, establishing presence in Ireland.

Annjana has over a decade of experience building and scaling engineering teams across fintech, AI and bigtech. Prior to Monzo, she held leadership roles at Wayve, Twitter and Goldman Sachs, working on SW infrastructure / platform supporting products used by millions.

She is passionate about developing strong engineering leaders, building resilient teams, and advancing diversity and inclusion within the tech industry. Alongside her day job, Annjana runs Gaido, a leadership coaching and advisory practice that supports engineering leaders and growing organisations.
