Veronica Ambrosini is a leadership consultant and team dynamics facilitator with 16+ years in HR and Talent Development. She has worked with organizations across Europe, North America and Latin America, helping leaders and teams strengthen collaboration, communication and team effectiveness. A certified senior coach, Leadership Circle and Insights Discovery practitioner, as well as Workshopper Master, she designs experiential sessions that make learning practical and psychologically safe. Together with Dagmar Glow, she co-created 90 Minute Labs, a series of hands-on workshops that help busy managers build essential leadership skills fast.
