Nicole Tietz-Sokolskaya

Nicole is an experienced software engineer and leader who has over a decade of experience working with startups and small teams. She is the principal software engineer at her consultancy, Cute & Fuzzy Logic, and also coaches individual software engineers. She has led engineering teams of over 30 people, and has done skunkworks projects inside giant bureaucracies. You may know her from her blog, including the programming language Hurl, for which she apologizes. She’s a queer, trans, disabled woman who lives with her wife, two kids, and three cats in a suburb of Philadelphia.
