Maayan Roth

Maayan Roth is an engineering leader who has spent her career at mission-driven companies: Flatiron Health, where she was CTO, and then two climate tech startups, UtilityAPI and Crux Climate. She cares about what it takes to build software people depend on in regulated settings where mistakes really matter, and about growing the engineers and managers who build it.
