Dan Adler

Dan Adler is the CEO of Sourcegraph, stepping into the role in November 2025 after a decade at the company. He previously served as VP of business, building out Sourcegraph’s Finance & Accounting, Data & Analytics, Strategy, and Tech Ops & IT functions, and before that as director of BizOps & strategy. Prior to Sourcegraph, Dan founded Cells Software, worked as an investment associate at Vector Capital, and spent four years at Bain & Company as a consultant and associate consultant.
