Mary Parsons is an Engineering Manager at Defense Unicorns, focused on accelerating software deployment for the DoD. The curiosity that led her to start her career as a chemist also drove her to engineering leadership, where she has over 10 years of leadership experience across government, corporate, and startup cultures. She loves people, all things STEM, and great food, and is happiest when fostering communities of innovators, creators, and problem solvers.
