Boomie Odumade

Boomie Odumade is a dynamic senior software engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in technology, including building teams, scaling systems, and growing organizations. She also provides career coaching. She was most recently Senior Director of Engineering at a small company. Previously, she led engineering teams at NPR, Capital One, and Accenture, and co-founded Nexercise, a mobile fitness startup. Boomie is passionate about mentoring youth and supporting future STEM leaders. She holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, a Master’s in Computer Science, and an MBA from Wharton.
