Nix Hall

Nix is CTO and co-founder at New Wave Biotech, an early stage biotech software startup. Over the past 12+ years, she has worked as a software developer, data engineer and team lead across a range of startups and scale-ups, including as the first software hire and engineering lead at biotech pioneer LabGenius.

She is passionate about building high-functioning, inclusive and supportive teams and remote-first working environments, as well as making the world just a little bit more equal, inclusive and sustainable.
