Luke Briscoe

Luke Briscoe is the Engineering Director for Platform at Monzo Bank. He leads the teams who build and operate the platform that serves Monzo’s 12 million customers today, the data platform behind the bank, and the overall developer experience. Luke’s expertise lies in building distributed systems that are resilient to failure, incident management (for when things inevitably go wrong), and scaling engineering teams and organisations.
