​​Elinor is the Director of Solution Architecture and Partnerships at Rookout, focusing on leading solutions-focused activities with customers to ensure new digital capabilities are designed and implemented successfully.

With a PhD in Engineering, and an MBA, she is passionate about the intersection between cutting edge technologies and how these will be used, placing a significant emphasis on the enablement and adoption of new tools and specialises in bridging the gap between business and technical stakeholders.
