Gail Frederick

Gail Frederick is SVP Engineering, Salesforce Developer Experience at Salesforce. She and her team are obsessed with delivering an awesome developer experience on the Salesforce Platform. Her teams include Apex (Salesforce’s domain-specific programming language), Heroku, Code Builder, DevOps Center, Salesforce extensions for VS Code, application packaging, sandboxes, and the Salesforce CLI. Gail was previously VP Engineering and GM at eBay, where she served on the Business Governing Board of the OpenAPI Initiative at the Linux Foundation.

Gail lives with her family in Portland, Oregon, where she enjoys knitting, sewing, and the great outdoors.
